Prepare for your first session

I would like this to be a comfortable experience for you.  My business hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.  All therapy sessions and assessments are by appointment only. 

The Initial Session is 50-55 minutes.

  • If this is your first visit you will be requested to come in 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Please bring a valid Photo ID and Insurance Card.
  • Please bring your Reading glasses and wear your Hearing Aids if you utilize these.
  • Questionnaires must be completed beforehand and brought to the appointment. Incomplete questionnaires will delay and take time from your session.
  • If you are coming in for assessment of memory functioning, please ensure that you are accompanied by an adult who could provide relevant information of symptoms.

Further sessions and the Assessment dates will be scheduled after completion of the Initial Session
